Connect your account
Ask Akariq for a dedicated dashboard key. Enter it only on the Akariq dashboard for the matching environment. Your website’s order key should remain on your backend.
This first dashboard uses key-based access rather than an email/password login. The key is held only in the open page, never placed in the URL or browser storage. Disconnecting or reloading clears it. Reconnect after returning from a payment checkout.

The dashboard does not need orders:write and does not place eSIM orders. Your backend continues to handle purchasing.
What you can see
- Overview: available credit, reserved credit, low-balance indication and funding.
- Plans & prices: country and region filters, a plan table with your Akariq price, coverage and activation details, and CSV export of loaded plans.
- Orders: status, price and your reference, exact order-ID lookup, and private installation details when your key permits it.
- Transactions: ledger entries with separate available and reserved movements, pagination and CSV export of loaded records.
- Account & access: business identity, environment, current key permissions, expiry and whether your webhook is enabled.
Prices are in USD and are your purchase prices, not your consumer selling prices. Plan search searches only loaded pages. Exports contain only loaded records; load further pages when you need more history. Transaction history is oldest-first, and orders follow API cursor order rather than newest-first order.
Add credit
Enter USD 10–1,000 and continue to Stripe checkout. Payment occurs on Stripe; clicking the dashboard button does not credit your balance. When you return, reconnect and refresh to confirm the credit.
If the funding request fails before checkout opens, retry the same amount. The page retains the request key to recover that checkout rather than create another payment. For an uncertain payment, confirm its outcome or contact support before creating another funding session.
Keep account data private
Installation codes and QR codes are customer credentials. Share them only with the purchasing consumer. Downloads remain on your device after disconnecting, so handle exported records appropriately.
If your key expires, is revoked or your account is suspended, access is rejected. Contact Akariq for key replacement or account resolution. Key creation, webhook changes, cancellations and refunds remain support workflows.
The dashboard refreshes when you open a view or use Refresh. It is not a continuously updating account monitor. Sandbox uses synthetic eSIMs and test payments.
