1. Request partner access
Tell us about your business, website, customer experience and expected order volume. We will discuss pricing and commercial terms, create your partner account and arrange sandbox credentials.

2. Connect to the catalog
Keep your API key on your backend. Make an authenticated request, retrieve the available countries and regions, and select a current plan. Read its coverage, data allowance, validity and your Akariq purchase price before displaying your own offer.

3. Complete a sandbox purchase
Create a test wallet-funding checkout and complete the test payment. Confirm available credit, place an order and follow it through to fulfillment. Retrieve the synthetic eSIM’s installation details, then repeat the same purchase request to verify that retries do not create another order.

Ready for the next step when: you can account for the funding, purchase and remaining balance, and repeating a request returns the original order.
Sandbox eSIMs are synthetic and cannot provide real connectivity. Use the sandbox API and test payment details throughout this step.
4. Connect your customer delivery
Connect the Akariq order to your own consumer payment and order record. Track progress with polling or an approved webhook. Deliver the QR code and installation instructions through your own protected customer page or email.
Your business sends the consumer’s delivery email for reseller orders. Akariq provides the installation details through the API.
Ready for the next step when: your test customer receives the correct details, failed delivery can be recovered, and pending orders are investigated without purchasing again.
5. Go live
Review the sandbox results with Akariq and arrange production credentials. Confirm pricing, funding, webhook setup and support contacts. Complete a controlled real purchase with an agreed budget and an eSIM-compatible device, then verify customer delivery and installation before opening access broadly.
