Email support@akariq.com with your business name, website, contact person, intended customer experience and expected order volume. Tell us whether you need sandbox access and whether you plan to receive webhooks.
Akariq onboards partners directly. There is no self-service account registration on this site. We agree pricing and commercial terms, create your reseller account, and issue credentials through the onboarding process.
What you need
- An active, approved reseller account and an unexpired API key.
- A backend that can make HTTPS requests and securely store credentials.
- Your own way to collect customer payments and deliver installation details.
- Sufficient available Akariq credit before submitting a production purchase.
- A process for handling pending orders, support requests and payment reconciliation.
Your consumers do not need their own Akariq API keys. Do not ask them to enter or share your partner credentials.
Access and limits
The configured request limit is 120 requests per 60 seconds per partner. All keys for the same partner share that limiter key. Respect 429 responses and the Retry-After header. This is a protective request limit, not a guaranteed throughput allocation.
The API currently accepts one plan per order request and uses USD amounts expressed in cents. There is no bulk-order endpoint. Plan coverage and availability come from the catalog; do not assume a destination is supported until you have checked its current plans.
Commercial eligibility, pricing and any additional terms are agreed during onboarding. Production access is issued separately from sandbox access.
Optional webhooks
You can launch with status polling. To use webhooks, provide an HTTPS endpoint and ask Akariq to approve its hostname and configure your account. You receive a signing secret separately from your API key. See Webhooks.
